We want to have a positive impact in the communities in which we operate, creating sustainable shared value for the people we care for and communities within which they live. Plas Garnedd acknowledges a responsibility to the environment, and we express our commitment towards implementing practices which will promote environmental sustainability.

We have commissioned The Carbon Footprint Company to calculate our Green House Gases emissions over the last 12 month period. We will commit to more than offset our annual carbon footprint by planting trees as close as possible to the areas within which we deliver care.

Alongside our tree planting initiative, we will also commit to continuously analyse our systems, methods, materials and suppliers used so that we actively promote sustainability whilst providing the best possible care to our service users.
